Pete’s podcasters

Pete says that the worst thing he could wake up to is two mates recording a podcast at the end of his bed.

Tom Gleeson says that he feels Pete’s fear, and then asks Pete what he’d think if he woke up to such a thing. Pete says the first thing he’d think is “What are you doing at the foot of my bed?”, followed by “What is the podcast about?”.

Referring to the image being used to illustrate Pete’s prize task submission, Rhys suggests the question “How are they recording it with nothing plugged in?”, and Aaron asks why Pete’s mates look like they’re 22 years old. Pete explains to Aaron that they consider him the Fonzie of comedy, which Tom Gleeson is quick to point out is an outdated reference.

Tom states that he is a white, middle-aged man, and is also scared of podcasters, so he awards Pete 5 points.
