Mel’s reverse paper wink

Mel initially suggests that she could save Tom Cashman’s life as part of her epic wink, but she then decides that she probably wouldn’t want to do that.

Mel then disappears inside the house while Tom remains outside. With just 1 minute and 16 seconds of her time remaining, Mel comes back outside and announces “One epic wink. Artisanal. Locally made.”

She is holding a sheet of yellow paper, which has two eyes drawn on it, and two red paper eyelids stuck to it. She claims that this is epic because she’d made it right there, and that she is an artist.

Mel lifts one of the paper eyelids while saying “Wink”, before pointing out that one eye hadn’t moved, while the other had winked. She then places her artwork on the ground, saying that she’s leaving it there just in case a museum wants it.

In the studio, Tom Gleeson asks Mel who winks by starting with both eyes closed, pointing out that it was more of a peek than a wink.

Mel’s reverse wink earns her just 1 point.
